96 Hour CLP Training Course - Student Grievance Policy
The Student Grievance Policy is designed to ensure a fair and structured process for resolving student concerns. Grievances may arise from disagreements regarding the interpretation or application of Lactation University's policies, procedures, or services that could negatively impact a student.
Students are encouraged to first seek an informal resolution by bringing their concern to the Lactation University Team ([email protected]) or the appropriate party. If the issue remains unresolved or the response is unsatisfactory, the student may file a formal grievance in writing via email ([email protected]).
Formal grievances must be submitted within 15 business days of the incident in question. The student should clearly describe the grievance, outline the remedy they are seeking, and provide details of any previous attempts to resolve the issue informally.
Upon receiving the grievance, the Lactation University Team will review it internally and consult with the Lactation University Advisory Committee. A written response will be provided within 90 days, unless extenuating circumstances require additional time, in which case the student will be notified. The final decision made by Lactation University and the Advisory Committee will be binding.
