LU 5-Hour Communication Course Registration and Payment Link

On Sale Now $65. Regular price is $99 for 5 hours of recorded, self-paced instruction, application worksheets, post test, and certificate of attendance. ​
​Please complete both steps. Students must (1) Register, (2) Submit Payment. Students who complete both steps will receive a link to the live training within 2 days of the scheduled training. Please ensure that the email on the registration matches the email address on PayPal when payment is made.

STEP 1- Registration

    Carefully read the following statements and signify that you agree to the terms listed by marking the box prior to paying for your training.
    • I understand that I will need to pass a post test in order to receive my LU Communication Certificate.
    • I understand that I may not record the training workshop (audio or video), or take photographs of the slides without the express permission of the faculty.
    • As a participant of this training, I agree to allow LU/Birthing, Bonding & Breastfeeding permission to: ·
      • Collect my name, address, phone number, and email address for the trainee class list and email list.
      • Take screenshots of live trainings which may include me, which may be used for promotional purposes online and in print. ·
      • Use quotes from my training evaluations (which I may fill out anonymously) for promotional purposes online and in print.

    Details of Refund Policy:
    I understand that there are no refunds for classes 24 hours after registration. Those who cancel within 24 hours of registering will receive a refund minus the $25 administration fee. In order to receive a Certificate of Training students must attend the entire course, complete the worksheets, pass the quiz complete the evaluation. After registration and payment is complete, you will receive a welcome letter with the four attachments below. The first link is to the pre-training worksheet and the next four links are reading assignments. These assignments will prepare you for the training and allow you to have a foundation before class begins. If you want extra time to prepare, you may download them now.
